Marching orders

This is a marching order for immediate deployment of necessary resources. Cards, letters, packages and lots of love from home to the troops working down in "Gitmo". I found out through reading Blackfive that the sand lice there are getting cards and letters of support from American citizens (read traitors) and that the troops are getting nothing but grief.

Now is time to change this abomination! Get your happy self moving on this. That is an order!

Take a Peek at this

I saw this over at Kim du Toit, a site I hope you read everyday, and I thought it would be very appropriate to send you over to read it also. If you will remember, I recently posted something about preparedness and how it really is something you should keep in mind daily. Well, thank heavens this guy's girl knew how to shoot.

Moral of the story, the family that shoots together, survives together.

Not Done Yet

I'm gonna rant some more where the previous post is concerned.

In taking a minute to consider it, I'll stand by what I said, but it occurs to me that some libtard is likely to throw an anti-Semite tag at it. 'Scuse me while I laugh at that idea. I've been honored to visit Israel 3 times and it's one of my favorite places. The country is beautiful and the people are the best.

Let me get down to why the Christmas tree versus Menorah thing pisses me off.

The Menorah is a symbol of Jewish faith. The Christmas tree is a tree with lights and decorations on it. I challenge you to show me where and how a tree with decorations on it is an overt religious symbol. (Cue the sound of crickets chirping) You can't, can you? Nope, not even close. Now, if the airport in question is displaying a Judeo-Christian cross as a part of this celebration, it becomes a different issue. In that case, yes, a request to add a Menorah is appropriate. If there is no overt Judeo-Christian symbology involved in the display, then the good Rabbi and his attorney deserve a big steaming cup of STFU.

THIS, is why...

I applied to join the Anti PC League. Damn this kind of thing pisses me off. *** forbid anyone wants to decorate for a holiday lest someone whine. If it's not in Spain where it has been decided not to celebrate Christmas at some schools to avoid offending mooselimbs, it's right here in the States where a whole christmas tree display at an airport comes down because a rabbi whined that there was no menorah and threatened a federal lawsuit.

I would like to offer people like this a big steaming cup of STFU. I have no problem with the fact that the Rabbi asked about it. I have no problem with the fact that the Rabbi offered to put one up. My problem is the Rabbi getting a lawyer involved. It's still a free country, why in the hell should we be forced to celebrate everyone's religious holidays? Why do we have to be so worried that we might offend a group or a person? Sure you have the right to speak up and say that you disagree with something or that you would like to be included, but that doesn't mean that you should start suing people when the thing doesn't move as fast as you wish it would, or should you get an answer that you disagree with.

The proper response should have been: Look guys, I really wish that you would include a menorah in your display, I would be happy to furnish one at no cost to you and even put it up and maintain it myself if you would allow. See? How simple is that? No lawyers, just a request to be included. Should the answer be no? Just say something like, I'm sorry you feel that way and let it go. Why does it have to result in a lawsuit? Fuck all this PC nonsense.

Here we go again...

I was over at KABA and saw this article, which I will link directly to. Once again the Ill State Rifle Association will submit bills to legalize concealed carry in Ill. Folks, you live in the PRI (People's Republic of Illinois for those that don't read here much) the measure won't pass.

Even if it does, Comrade Blogdonovich (or however you spell his name) will veto it. When he does that, there will not be sufficient votes to override. It's just a fact of life for those poor souls that exist in the PRI. I don't think the measure will pass because the Communists there won't allow an armed populace and because in order for the bill to actually work, it will have to have a preemption clause in it. You know damn well that won't fly. What you'll likely get, in the slim chance it does pass, is Ill being able to have concealed carry with Chicago as a criminal empowerment zone.

If you want common sense gun laws, there's only one thing you can do. Move out of the PRI and move to a state where you can carry. Get on over to Packing.org and find out what states are shall issue and move there so you can be a free citizen instead of a subject under communist rule.

There are 2 states that do not recognize a person's rights under the US Constitution, the PRI and Wisconsin, I say, let's wall them off and toss them out of the Union.

Prepared

I know that alot of people look on preparedness as a fact of life. This is not being written for them, it's being written for those of you who are stuck in the "It only happens to the other guy" mode.

James Kim and his family wound up stuck in some bad weather. Mr. Kim dies trying to hike out to get help. Sometimes, you need to be your own help. A small kit of survival supplies in the vehicle would have been able to keep everyone safe until help could arrive. Do you have a small kit in your vehicle? If you were on your way home from work and buried your car in a snowy ditch, could you survive until help came? If a Tornado destroyed your town, could you survive until help came? What if your local lake or river overflowed and flooded town, could you survive?

I think too many people fail to ask these questions. Those who do are likely to ask about the End of the World stuff like a camel humper setting off a suitcase nuke or shooting up schools. Or a bio terror event. These may be worth a bit of consideration to be sure, as the Boy Scouts say, be prepared, but what about the simple, everyday stuff that you do that takes you out of your home? Work, groceries, laundry, running out to pay bills? What happens if you get stranded while doing these things that you take for granted everyday?

When I go to work, it involves driving on some back country roads, were I to wind up in the ditch, it could be hours before any kind of help came my way. I carry extra cold weather gear in my truck and since I'm a smoker, I have the capability to start a fire and melt snow for water. I also usually have my lunch box with me that has peanut butter crackers and 3 bottles of water. See? Simple preparedness, thinking about the stuff that might go wrong and being able to take some steps to make sure you live through the problem.

I don't think you have to pack your vehicle full of rations and ammo, but a small kit with some food and water and the capability to start a fire could be the difference between life and death away from home should bad weather come your way. Chance favors the prepared, be prepared.

Something to Think About

I just saw this post over at Front Sight, Press. I want you to go read it and think about it. Now, I want you to consider 1 more thing. While you're bleeding, sitting there in the dark , cowering, having failed to defend yourself.
EMS personnel (12 yrs Paramedic, mostly in Detroit) are trained not, that's NOT, to go in until law enforcement have cleared the scene of all potential threats. Now think about it again. Do you want to just lay there and bleed? Or would you really rather that the goblin did the bleeding and waiting for having had the temerity to intrude upon your peaceful home?

Something New

I have sent the request to join the Anti PC League. Wish me well that they will review this humble little blog and find it worthy. Please give them a look, the links are in the sidebar.

A Nice Thank You to the Troops

I saw this over at the Rott, you need shockwave flash to view it. It's absolutely beautiful and hence, nothing you will ever see in the MSM . You may want a hankie handy.

Tactical Overkill

I was reading this over at The Smallest Minority. If you've visited here often, you'll know that I hold a great deal of respect for Kevin. I happen to know that he has visited the old blog. or maybe I should say the original blog which was on another hosting place, but I digress.

Kevin has a great post up covering the militarization of the police and I'm going to link to it so you can all read it. Hit the links in the article too. Ya gotta love the guy, always thoughtful and with clear supporting reference.

Now I ask again: Hey L.E. officers, what do we do about this? You are supposed to be a servant of the people and you seem to have forgotten this. What must we do to remind you? I don't want you disarmed, I want you armed with an appropriate attitude.

I shot the Sherriff

There have been a couple incidents lately where innocent people have been shot and killed by plain clothes police. I see a wonderful bit has been done about this at Front Sight, Press. Please go and read this. I think it's important to realize that our law enforcement community is rapidly spinning out of control and we need to put a stop to it.

I have blogged about this before, I know LawDog just had something about the tasering of a student at a PRK university (that's People's Republic of Kalifornia for those that don't visit here much). What should be done? I don't have an answer for that, but I wish I did. I hereby invite any member of the Law Enforcement community to participate in this discussion and answer the question...is L.E. out of control? What do we, as citizens, do about it?

You gotta go do this

I got this in an email from a guy I served in the Navy with and I thought it was so cool that I had to share it. If you're reading this blog on a regular basis then, like me, you support the troops without reservation. We'd all like to say thank you and I, in fact, will cross the street to say thank you to a uniformed member of the armed forces.

Here's your chance to do it for one of them currently over there. THIS is a link to Xerox corporation and they have set this site up so that you can choose a card, most designed by children, and personalize it and they will print them and send them to a random service member overseas.

It only takes a couple minutes and it's free, that's right, everyone's favorite "F" word! Go and do it now! Those guys and gals deserve all the love we can send them and especially at this time of the year.

A New Christmas Poem

I saw this over at Blackfive and it touched me both as a citizen and as a veteran. I thought you should see it, so I decided to do the copy and paste thing.

A Different Christmas Poem
By Michael Marks

The embers glowed softly, and in their dim light,
I gazed round the room and I cherished the sight.
My wife was asleep, her head on my chest,
My daughter beside me, angelic in rest.
Outside the snow fell, a blanket of white,
Transforming the yard to a winter delight.
The sparkling lights in the tree I believe,
Completed the magic that was Christmas Eve.
My eyelids were heavy, my breathing was deep,
Secure and surrounded by love I would sleep.
In perfect contentment, or so it would seem,
So I slumbered, perhaps I started to dream.

The sound wasn't loud, and it wasn't too near,
But I opened my eyes when it tickled my ear.
Perhaps just a cough, I didn't quite know, Then the
sure sound of footsteps outside in the snow.
My soul gave a tremble, I struggled to hear,
And I crept to the door just to see who was near.
Standing out in the cold and the dark of the night,
A lone figure stood, his face weary and tight.

A soldier, I puzzled, some twenty years old,
Perhaps a Marine, huddled here in the cold.
Alone in the dark, he looked up and smiled,
Standing watch over me, and my wife and my child.
"What are you doing?" I asked without fear,
"Come in this moment, it's freezing out here!
Put down your pack, brush the snow from your sleeve,
You should be at home on a cold Christmas Eve!"

For barely a moment I saw his eyes shift,
Away from the cold and the snow blown in drifts..
To the window that danced with a warm fire's light
Then he sighed and he said "Its really all right,
I'm out here by choice. I'm here every night."

"It's my duty to stand at the front of the line,
That separates you from the darkest of times.
No one had to ask or beg or implore me,
I'm proud to stand here like my fathers before me.
My Gramps died at 'Pearl on a day in December,"
Then he sighed, "That's a Christmas 'Gram always remembers."
My dad stood his watch in the jungles of 'Nam',
And now it is my turn and so, here I am.
I've not seen my own son in more than a while,
But my wife sends me pictures, he's sure got her smile.

Then he bent and he carefully pulled from his bag,
The red, white, and blue... an American flag.
I can live through the cold and the being alone,
Away from my family, my house and my home.
I can stand at my post through the rain and the sleet,
I can sleep in a foxhole with little to eat.
I can carry the weight of killing another,
Or lay down my life with my sister and brother..
Who stand at the front against any and all,
To ensure for all time that this flag will not fall."

"So go back inside," he said, "harbor no fright,
Your family is waiting and I'll be all right."
"But isn't there something I can do, at the least,
"Give you money," I asked, "or prepare you a feast?
It seems all too little for all that you've done,
For being away from your wife and your son."
Then his eye welled a tear that held no regret,
"Just tell us you love us, and never forget.
To fight for our rights back at home while we're gone,
To stand your own watch, no matter how long.
For when we come home, either standing or dead,
To know you remember we fought and we bled.
Is payment enough, and with that we will trust,
That we mattered to you as you mattered to us."

I wish every veteran or serviceman/woman that reads this a safe and happy holiday season. As I spent some time in your boots, you may rest assured that I love you brother or sister and that your sacrifices will always be honored wherever I am.

That reminds me...

I want to take an opportunity to wish all my reader(s) a very happy and safe Thanksgiving. Blogging may be much lighter than usual as this is the Thanksgiving weekend and I start a new job this weekend.

Some Changes

You may notice a few changes. I updated the template to something a little easier to work with (I thought). I can no longer force the links to open in a new window, but it's easer to get links in there so I guess we'll have to live with it.

I deleted a couple links that are just not posting very often.

I added Gun Stuff. The Southside Sportsman Club is where I do all my shooting. It's located in Battle Creek, MI and is a very nice place to shoot with a very helpful staff.

Springfield armory should need no introduction.

Cheaper Than Dirt and Pistoleer are a couple places to go get toys for your gun(s).

Go. Visit. Enjoy.

Police Brutality?

There's some stuff on the internet about a University of California student that was tasered by campus police because he didn't have his student ID with him and could not justify his presence in the student library. As I understand it, there is an 11 PM "curfew" at the student library at which time you must show your student ID or be asked to leave.

This is a pretty common practice and I remember that when my ex-wife was going to the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, they had an almost identical policy.

I was reading the LawDog and he has a great take on this and on the use of force in general. I will link to the post here. Take some time to read it over, very interesting.

I also found Chris Byrne's commentary outstanding. I will link to his post here.

I believe that both parties share equal fault here. I think that when a citizen is asked to leave a place, that he/she should do so. Why cause a problem if you don't have to? Sure, you may have a "right" to be there, but the people in control have a "right" to ask you to leave should your behavior become unacceptable. The same as in your own home, you may invite a person in, but you retain the right to request that that person leave should their behavior become unacceptable. It was unacceptable that this person could not produce an ID on request, the policy is well known and posted clearly. Why couldn't he just say, "damn, I forgot my ID, I'll go get it." and then leave without causing a bunch of fuss and bother? The old "if you don't start any sh, there won't be any it policy.

On the other hand, why the blue fuck did he need to be tasered 4 times? How many cops does it take to change a light bulb? Now, I couldn't see the video (which is on Chris Byrne's site) very well, but the person in question did say he was gonna leave, why not just say OK, leave now and this ends? Why not get him on the ground then have the 4 officers pick him up and carry him out? Tasered 4 times? You know that couldn't have been very much fun. I'm not a cop, but I've worked in security on and off for almost 10 years. I just don't get it, I think it was handled badly. Very badly and by both parties. No one is without some guilt here. The guy in question should have just left and the cops should have tasered him down and carried him out, there was no reason for this incident to go on as long as it did.

Phone Sex on a WHOLE new level

I just found this over at the Rott. Please tell me you read the Emperor every day? You better or I'll have him send a couple stormtroopers to your house to "talk" it over. Seriously though, if this guy walks, I'll be really shocked.

About time too

I see a city has installed some anti-illegal immigration laws by unanimous vote. Found this at the Rott. Go read it's good for you.

It's high time that the cities and states at the border began passing their own laws to do what the federal government has failed to do. I also encourage everyone that reads this to contact their congress critters and make sure it is clearly communicated to them that there should be NO amnesty for illegal aliens and that their votes on the matter will be watched.

I can't believe I'm saying this...

But I just spotted an article about the Vatican that I wholeheartedly agree with. You can read it here. I just can't wait for the peaceful reaction to this.

In essence, what the statement is, is that Islamic people need to honor the laws and customs of the Nations that they visit and/or choose to live in. It's about damn time someone stood up and said something. I especially loved the small blurb about a European lawyer who got kicked off a case because she refused to remove her veil in court. Priceless!

This scared the Hell out of me

I encountered this over at the Rott. This is a little piece of "what if" writing but it's very plausible and kinda frightening given the direction the recent elections have sent us in. You know damn good and well that none of the currently elected idiots would ever see it coming and those that do will be labeled as crack pots and ignored.

New Era II

I've been continuing to think about this for the last couple days. I'm starting to get downright queasy. Now I read that W wants to go ahead and pass the illegal alien amnesty that the repubs wouldn't let him last year. Just fuckin wonderful. I would like to suggest a letter writing campaign to all the congress critters and W himself letting them all know that we don't want this to happen. It's not gonna affect W too much, he's a lame duck and has nothing to lose, but the rest of them might just get nervous enough to drop the issue if a sufficiently large number of us contact them.

I see it shaking down this way. The dummycraps aren't gonna do anything real stupid for the next couple of years. They probably believe that they can carry the white house in '08. I'm not real happy with some of the things that have been done and not done over the last term. I know most of my readers will agree with that. We must not, however, allow a dummycrap in the white house. You can bet that the libs are just waiting to make sure they have the power to get a new assault weapon ban going, and this time I'm sure there will be confiscations involved.

I almost hate to do this, as it could be a bit redundant seeing as I posted it way back when in the blog-city days, and I'm pretty sure it was a post I moved over here, but I want you to go read this article, please. I think that if the dems take the white house in '08, we may have to get together as a pro-constitution group and find an answer to this question. I think they'll finally come after our guns. I think they may just try to dismember the constitution. I think they may try to sell us out to the UN .

I hope I'm wrong, but I fear that I'm not. Look at who the front runners are for the dummies. You really think the Hildebeast will leave our guns alone? I think you're dreaming if you do. I keep suggesting letter writing campaigns because I think we need to remind the elected morons in guvmint that they do indeed work for us, us goddammit, not big business, not the special interest groups, us, we the people. I wouldn't wait until the first of the year if I was you. I'd start writing now right now. Voice your displeasure loudly and clearly, but politely or you get written off as a crank, and tell them what they're gonna do. This nation was founded on 3 words: WE THE PEOPLE, don't let those assholes forget it, EVER.

A New Era

Yeah, I'm not sure how unhappy I should be. I never wanted to see a dummycrat majority, even though the rinos weren't exactly superstars. Now I have to wonder how long it's gonna take the dummycraps to cut and run, enact a new senseless assault weapon ban, and just let Mexico take over the Western US. I'm still hoping that the repubs might hold enough of the Senate to act as a block on some of the stupidity.

Here's the other side though. The repubs have 2 years to clean up their act or we're really fucked.

Oh Yeah

It's here! My brand spanking new Springfield Armory M-1911-A1 Mil-Spec. Seriously sweet right out of the box. The box has some goodies in it too. A belt slide type holster even, and 2 magazines. All the necessary documents and a catalog with some impressive discounts for more toys from SA. I shall peruse it later.

I took it right out to an indoor range in Battle Creek, The Southside Sportsman Club. Very nice facility with a motorized cable/pulley system to run your targets out. I shot at 15 yards and totally blew the chest and forehead out of a couple torso targets. I shot 300 rounds of ball with not one sneeze. I am very, VERY happy. There's a pic on the previous post.

It's Coming

It should be here Tuesday. What exactly is it? Look here. I'm not waiting for National Ammo day either. I think 250 rounds will be a nice start. Oh wait...make that 300. I need some hollowpoints for goblin extermination too.

No Knock Warrants

I think that I mentioned before that I think no knock warrants are a really bad idea. I feel that officers placed in this position are real likely to get shot. Well, I hadn't considered the flip side of the coin until I spotted this at Chris Byrne's site, The Anarchangel. You know what? He's right. If this shit is gonna start happening, the Law Enforcement Community as a whole really needs to take another look at how and when they execute a warrant.

God I'd feel like shit if I ever capped a cop, but I have to agree with Chris here. Break down my door at 2 AM and you're gonna take fire. If you feel the need to search my home, do so during the day. Just knock and present the warrant. I'm a law abiding citizen.

National Ammo Day

Now here's a holiday I can get behind. I found this article over at Kim du Toit and I think it's a grand idea. I'm going over to check it out and if there's a banner for it, you better believe that it's going on my sidebar tonight.

Snowball Express

A little something I just found over at Blackfive and I thought I should share it with all of you.

This is VERY cool

I just bumped into this story while reading at KABA, which is a site you should be reading daily. I have elected to link directly to the story here.

Project Valour IT 2

OK readers, let's get rocking with this new Project Valour IT competition. If you're gonna do it, and link from here, please contribute for the Navy. All the details are here at Blackfive. Let's do it right for the guys and gals in uniform and...

GO NAVY!!

Change

I'm going to change over to the Beta as soon as I publish this. I hope it makes things better all around.

I Have to Apologise

To all of my loyal readers using a browser other than Firefox. IE and AOL: browsers are showing the links on the bottom of the page instead of on the sidebar where I want them. This will continue until I figure out how to fix it. For anyone that wants to make a suggestion, everything below the "Screw McCain-Feingold logo is at the bottom.

*** UPDATE ***

I added a button to the sidebar so you can go right over and get Firefox2. Trust me, this blows IE right out of the water. Go get it. I'm sure that you'll love it.

I cannot keep silent

This is just so entirely stupid that I have to comment. First, I will copy and paste the entire article below then go point by point.

Desperation is not good planning

October 16, 2006

By Ken Schram

SEATTLE - Desperation is not good planning.

Students in a school district outside Fort Worth, Texas are being told they should fight back if and when an armed intruder shows up in the classroom.

The Burleson School District has hired a British Army Major to instruct kids - and teachers - on how they should throw books and anything else they can get their hands on.

The program is called "Response Options" and involves kids and teachers attacking an armed intruder as soon as he enters their classroom.

They're told to run at the gunman, grab him by the legs, stab him with pens and pencils, throw stuff at his head, and scream the whole time.

This is lunacy.

I don't care how frightened or concerned parents are about the kind of school violence we've seen. This is not an answer.

I don't care if it's in Burleson, Texas or Bellevue, Washington, this is nuts.

If this is the best that adults can come up with to protect kids from the type of violence we saw in Pennsylvania last week; if telling little Tiffany or Ryan to tackle some 200 pound animal who's armed with a semi-automatic pistol or rifle is considered anything other than stupid, senseless desperation, then this country is in far worse trouble than any of us can possibly imagine.

Let the games begin.

Yes, the students are being taught to fight back. You possibly believe that they should just allow themselves to be herded into a cafeteria like good little sheeple and slaughtered? Oh wait, I know, they should sit and wait for the police to save them. Well, you wait for Superman to fly in and save you, I'm gonna fight. I may die, but Joe Scumbag will be following me shortly.

Having met some British Army types, I'd say the Major was a good choice. Anything can be a weapon. Use it.

I want to point out that the program is called Response Options. The key word here is options. You always want some options. If an armed intruder walks into the room, hell yeah, hit him with everything available.

It's lunacy to sit quietly and wait to die, that's nuts. America was not founded by people who were willing to let themselves be herded and I think it's unpardonable to teach our kids to be herded. These kids are the future leaders, we cannot teach them to just roll over for some idiot.

The final paragraph is the one I find most amusing. I shall copy and paste it here:

If this is the best that adults can come up with to protect kids from the type of violence we saw in Pennsylvania last week; if telling little Tiffany or Ryan to tackle some 200 pound animal who's armed with a semi-automatic pistol or rifle is considered anything other than stupid, senseless desperation, then this country is in far worse trouble than any of us can possibly imagine

Well, the best that idiots like you have come up with so far has been Gun Free School Zones and I think we can all see how well that is working. The stupid senseless desperation occurs when the plans that have been not working up to now fail...............again.

I Just Don't Understand

Why we continue to tolerate the rantings of Kim Jong Il. This guy is pissing all over the Useless Nitwits and their Security Council resolutions and planning to detonate another nuke in the process. He continues to claim that the resolution is a declaration of war and that New York and Tokyo will "be blazed".

Why do we allow him to threaten like that? He's pretty damn lucky that the current administration in Washington is spineless. Anyone with any balls would have dropped a nuke on Pyongyang already. When a rabid dog goes through your neighborhood, you shoot it. I'm gonna link to Blackfive because the photoshop job there is funny as hell, but the news is all over the place.

I don't think we should just stand around with our thumbs inserted while this nutball develops a nuclear weapons system. He's threatened to use it too often.

Here's a Salute to a True Hero

Just bumped into this article about a British Paratrooper (Medic) who risked his life under fire to save a couple wounded Americans in Afganistan.

Major Will Pike, the commander of A Company, described the soldier's actions as "massively impressive". He added: "He was very brave while completely disregarding his own safety. He also treated the American soldier beyond the level that as team medic he is expected to perform. We have a lot of private soldiers who are very young and just out of training but have proved very steady under fire."

To earn the VC soldiers have to display conspicuous bravery or daring or perform a prominent "act of valour or self-sacrifice in the face of the enemy".

An MoD spokesman said: "We can confirm Pte McKinley provided medical treatment to a US soldier whilst under sustained attack."

Just too Damn Funny

I was glancing through FARK and saw this. It was just too funny not to post here.

New to the Blogroll

I am pleased to give you The LawDog. Great read and full of interesting perspective and good information. I advise you to make it a daily read.

I also added a new counter for the worldwide terror attacks. This is also a nice link.

I also added a button to link you to some great metal music to listen to. Enjoy.

School Shootings

These are really tragic events that always cause a stir. It's horrible when the defenseless get killed. It's even worse when they get herded into one area and killed in job lots in an environment where they are supposedly safe. This "Gun Free School Zone" shit has to stop. How many more have to die before someone wakes up and realizes that it's not working?

Go read this article in full. I'm gonna copy and paste a bit of it to put my comments here. I want you to go read and make up your own mind.

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., Oct. 13 /Standard Newswire/ -- The school shootings that have occurred in recent weeks are evidence that not enough has been done by administrators and teachers since Columbine to prevent such tragedies, says a Purdue University expert in school and workplace violence.

Ya think? How much taxpayer money did you spend on that research Einstien?

"What troubles me is that since Columbine, I've seen very little new in the way schools are protected or in the way teachers and administrators handle students who may be a risk," Capozzoli says. "School shootings do not take place in a vacuum, and in all the instances in the last few weeks, someone knew what might take place."

The teachers and administrators won't have a whole hell of alot of information unless they get it from another student who hears something. With the peer-pressure of not being a rat still pretty prevalent, they're probably not gonna get it there. These teachers and administrators are way too busy with their social engineering projects to teach the 3 R's anymore. You really think they're gonna notice a student acting strangely?

He says in the Oct. 3 shooting, where a 32-year-old man entered a one-room Amish school in Nickel Mines, Pa., killing five girls and himself, there may have been little school staff could have done. But in the other recent instances, he says schools officials could have done a better job in keeping intruders out.

Capozzoli says the shooting at Platte Canyon High School in Bailey, Colo., is one example in which more could and should have been done. On Sept. 26, a man held six students hostage and then shot and killed a 16-year-old girl and himself.

Of course there was little the staff could have done, it's a gun-free school zone you idiot. Oh wait, that didn't work real well, did it? Platte Canyon? Yeah, more could have been done. A .45 ACP to the head stops school shootings damn quick.

Capozzoli says just as important is training administrators, teachers and students to be aware of and report situations that seem out of the ordinary.

Of course, marksmanship training would work real well too.

Read the rest of this for yourself. Keep this in mind while you do...There is a big terrorist problem in Israel. Terrorists used to go into schools and kill lots of children. Wanna know how the Israelies stopped it? Armed teachers. In I believe it's either Thailand or Cambodia, terrorists used to go into schools and kill teachers and kids. Guess what? Armed teachers stopped the problem. You probably see where I'm going with this. Maybe it's not terrorists persay, but armed teachers can stop a nutjob as effectively as they can a terrorist with a well placed Mozambique drill.

How many more have to be herded into a school cafeteria to be slaughtered before you wake up and see the answer? Stop talking about it and just allow the teachers their Second Amendment rights in and out of the classroom. Our kids are supposed to be safe in school.

Dictator? Here? Maybe

I was attracted to this post while reading KABA. It's a very interesting and informative look at the 2nd
Amendment. I think you should look it over and then do the right thing, which is go out and begin to exercise your rights under the 2nd Amendment.

I want you to always remember this. The Constitution of the United States gives nothing. It serves to protect that which is ours naturally by benefit of being a citizen.

When I joined the Navy back in 1981, I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Just because I got out in 1985 doesn't mean that oath went away. It's in full force and effect until I pass from this world.

Link Revision

I changed a link and added one. I changed out the Augean Stables for an old friend. The SFAlphaGeek has been redeployed and is blogging again. I like the Augean Stables, but I think it's more important to have a link to some "boots in the sand" so to speak. I linked to SFAlphaGeek before and his is always a good read. Do run over and show him lots of love and support. His blog is titled Nothing to See Here, Move Along.

The new link will take you to M1911.org and his blog. Some nice stories and opinion. Take some time and surf the entire site, there's lots of good information there.

I hope you enjoy the new links and if you want to suggest one...please do. I read a blog for a few weeks before I add them, so it's not instant, but I will investigate any suggestions you might make.

Hey, go look at this

Kevin over at the Smallest Minority has a couple great entries up. I can't say anything other than Go Kevin!. Go read.

I have just about had enough

Of these asshat Muslims demanding we follow their religion. Fuck them, hard and long. You're probably real shocked by that outburst so take a moment and read the article that brought it on here.

Piss on you, you camel humping neandrethal. No one forced you to move here. We occasionally transport alcoholic beverages home to consume. No one here cares that your religion forbids the transport of alcohol. You chose a job in the transportation industry, SHUT THE FUCK UP AND TRANSPORT!!

A driver named Fuad Omar explained: "This is our religion. We could be punished in the afterlife if we agree to [transport alcohol]. This is a Koran issue. This came from heaven." Another driver, Muhamed Mursal, echoed his words: "It is forbidden in Islam to carry alcohol."

Big fuckin deal, I have a newsflash for you asshole, this is NOT an Islamic nation.

MAC has consulted on the taxi issue with the Minnesota chapter of the Muslim American Society, an organization the Chicago Tribune has established is devoted to turning the United States into a country run be Islamic law.

Wonderful, a new orginization that wants to turn America into another nation that follows the pedophile prophet. I'm beginning to think there are alot more domestic enemies than foreign. Maybe they should just go down to the local CAIR office, I'm sure they have plenty in common and if we watch carefully, we'll know who to shoot first when the shit hits the fan.

This kind of shit is just unacceptable. If you don't like the way we do things in America, just GTFO!

I apologise

I guess I'm just a bit dumber than I thought and I had no way of knowing that some very kind souls have left some nice comments on a couple of my posts. Thank you for the comments. I really needed to know someone was actually reading this.

I apologise for taking so long to figure out that your comments were there and being able to get to them. I think I have that fixed now. Learning how to use this site is not a simple task for me as I don't do HTML so I have to experiment with everything I do. I may switch to the Beta.

If you happen to have the Beta, would you be so kind as to leave me a comment about rather or not you like it and is it worth it to switch? I would appreciate it.

This Does Make One Wonder

I'm not real big on stuff like conspiracy theories and the Guvmint planned 9/11 and all that stuff, but apparently, some folks are. I happened to see a link to this site on Fark so I checked it out. Now I have to admit that my first reaction was, what a bunch of paranoid crackpots. But I spent a bit of time on the site, and I read this particular article carefully.

I have to admit that after reading this article, I do have a kinda hmmmmmmm reaction. Let's go with a couple questions here, just for fun. How much of what's going on in our government are we actually informed of? Can we say, for a fact, that this is absolutely untrue? What will we do if it is true? Is there any way to prove or disprove these statements?

My answer... I just don't know. Let's look at a couple things that I am pretty sure of though.

One is forced to admit that converting America into a police state would certainly solidify the power of those in Government. We do know that there are a bunch of them that love that power and would do anything to hold onto it. Just how long has Ted Kennedy been a Senator anyway? Can you say term limits?

One is also forced to admit that our elected officials do hold secrets that are not shared with the people. This is supposed to be our government, by rights, there should be no secrets held from we the people. How can we determine these secrets? We can't as long as they are held as a "National Security" item. Until they are declassified and subject to a Freedom of Information act request and it could be decades before any of these secrets are de-classified. So much for rapid action.

We have to admit that America is a bit less free here lately. This type of trend could continue indefinately as long as the powers that be are subtle about it. Whittle away our freedoms in the name of safety or security and alot of folks AKA sheeple, will just say OK and let it happen. Those of us that don't want to let it happen are often labelled as nuts or radicals and ignored, ridiculed, or worse. Could we be headed down this road? I'm just not sure, but what to do if we are?

I said earlier in this little missive, that I'm not a big believer in the whole black helicopter thing, but one should wonder if maybe, just maybe, buried deep inside all the tin foil hat rantings, there could be a shred of actual fact. If there is, we may have something to fear after all. If not, have we lost anything by preparing for a scenario such as this? I think not. I wouldn't go all crazy about it or get real public with it, but a bit of subtle preparation may not hurt. Coupled with a healthy distrust and close watch of the activities of our Government.

America has forgotten that the Government is supposed to fear the people, not the people fearing the Government. The Government of this Republic is supposed to BE the people. I think it might be worth our collective time and effort to remind our elected officials of that fact.

I am SO Jealous

If you love guns as much as I do, you really need to go over to the Anarchangel and take a look at this absolutely gorgeous 1911 owned by Chris Byrne. I want one, any donations? HA HA.

Attention ALL Supporters of our Troops

Go and read this very important post at Blackfive and do what you can.

This time, Freddie's gone too far

I'm thinking that it may be about time to deal with this asshole Fred Phelps. I was pretty offended when he started his protest bullshit at dead servicemen's funerals. THIS however, just goes too fuckin far. Emperor Misha wants a bullet to the head for this assclown. I have to say that I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, but I wonder if we should gather a shitload of people to run down to his church, the Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, KS and start holding protests of his services every Sunday? Of course, the danger of something like this is that someone could get a little overzealous and do something silly, like burn the church down. Not that I would suggest that someone do that, but I wouldn't cry over it either. Wanna borrow my lighter?

I have to admit, I'm really shocked that there hasn't been any violence at one of these outbreaks of asshattery. I have to applaud the counter protesters who have been very peaceful about it so far. I think so far may be coming to an end. This idiot and his hate church is really pushing the edge of tolerance here.

Would I like to see someone run Freddie and his hate cult down with a bus? Yep. Would I think it was even funnier if the bus driver happened to be gay? Oh Hell Yeah! Would I do it myself? Nope. He's not worth it to me. I think there may be a bigger problem though.

Isn't there some kind of a Baptist Head council? Isn't there a Baptist version of the Vatican? Some big baptist head cheese out there somewhere? Why aren't these people getting out there saying the Freddie boy in no way shape or form represents the Baptist church? Kinda makes me wonder. I think I may have to do some Google.

I linked up to the Rott but you may also want to read the treatment at Stop the ACLU

The Facts Behind Child Obesity

I just read this over at the Anarchangel. Chris has hit this Dead On! We gotta stop being such overprotective pansies and let our kids go be kids.

Care Packages for Soldiers

I think that you should already participate in Soldiers Angels for our troops in Iraq, but I just bumped into this at Blackfive and I'm going to happily steal it from him via cut and paste. This is only the real important part. The address to send the stuff to. If you're truly willing to help and support, and send a little love to our British Allies over there, then here's the address:

Brit in Iraq:

    British Soldier
    c/o G1 Branch
    HQ MultiNational Div (SE)
    Basra, BFPO 641

And for a British soldier in Afghanistan:

    British Soldier
    c/o G1 Branch
    HQ Helmand Province Task Force
    Camp Bastion, BFPO 792.t

If you're one of those war protesting fucktards, please don't bother the troops, they have a hard enough time being away from home as it is. They don't need your bullshit too. In fact, if you are one of those war protesting fucktards, why the hell are you reading this? You need to crawl back under your own rocks.

Religion of Peace?

Yeah OK, whatever. The Pope makes a speech, during which, he quotes a medieval text, and the Islamic world decides that it's untrue. Since they want so badly to prove how wrong this is, they protest. By burning churches, shooting down a nun, and making death threats against the Pope. Remember, this is a religion of Peace.

Where is the outrage in the Islamic world concerning this completely unacceptable behavior? If most Muslims are truly peaceful, then when are they going to start cleaning up the Islamic pigpen...err house? I am rapidly approaching that point where I am having alot of trouble discerning the difference between a Muslim and a Radical Muslim.

Sadly, I am approaching that point where I declare, Kill 'em all, and let God sort them out.

I don't know about you, but I can certainly say that I would not miss a religion that can claim it's only real contribution to the planet has been 700 years of violence and bloodshed. Fuck 'em.

Don't miss this

H/T to Mr Smash for this:

BEST. RECRUITING. AD. EVER

Get a grip on yourself

I just ran into this article over at The Anarchangel. Chris has hit another winner here with a nicely presented article on gripping your handgun. Like many other things in life, one must have a proper foundation with which to begin. In handgun shooting, the grip is the foundation. Bad grip = bad shooting.

Border Blues

I was reading over at Kim du Toit (if you don't read Kim every day, you're missing out) and I saw this post about border security. I think it would be very worthwhile to call or write (respectfully, if possible) your congressweasel errr person, and inform them that you expect them to get this measure passed without delay.

Alot of people want to bitch about congress doing what they damn well please. I think this happens because WE fail to direct them. They do work for us, but they will do whatever they think might be right in the absence of direction from their constituents. We need to get ahold of our elected reps and inform them of what we think is right.

Back to the border issue. The measure to get the wall on the southern border passed the House, now we have to pressure our elected idiots in the Senate to get it to the President, and then we need to make sure that he knows that we expect him to sign it and get it moving.

We're being invaded by illegal aliens in record numbers. This is bad enough on its face, especially in light of the economic damage they wreak. Also consider this, how many possible terrorists are sneaking in this way also? Maybe none, maybe hundreds, we need this to stop.

And, before I forget, make sure to tell your senator that any form of amnesty for illegal aliens is UNACCEPTABLE. They are here illegally, round them up and deport them.

I have added Banagor, The Imperial Paladin to the blog roll. His is another thoughtful blog that I think you will enjoy.

What this country needs...

Is some commonsense shopping cart control. Read this. H/T to KABA

McCain_Feingold

I saw this over at Kim du Toit. I happen to agree with it wholeheartedly.

The toughest thing you'll read today

This is a very unpleasant thought. It was really hard to read. Unfortunately, it happens to be true and it was necessary to write. It's a great essay that I got from Blackfive, written by Grim. Don't just go crazy when you read it, stop and think about it for a moment. He's right. It's a terrible thought, in the short term, but he's right. Americans are conditioned not to harm women and children. The thought of it makes us recoil in horror. That is exactly what the jihadi's want. That's why they hide behind the children. We don't like to think about it, but we're going to have to kill some children to finally, really stop the terrorists.

I know you don't like it. I didn't like it. But he's right.

For all the good it did

Here's a story about the "crime emergency" the Washington DC enacted last month (still in effect by the way). Yeah, big deal. I love this line:

Police statistics for last month, which tallied 3,042 crimes, are nearly identical to those for July 2005, which numbered 3,034 crime

You may notice that nearly identical is higher. Crime in the Nation's Capital is on the rise but, law abiding citizens can't own guns to protect themselves. Yeah, it's workin out real well isn't it? In my most humble opinion, and one that I am most certain that Emperor Misha would agree with, this nation needs to do 2 things very quickly.

1. National Concealed Carry and a universal castle doctrine so that law abiding citizens may protect themselves wherever they may roam.

2. We need to let Darwin have his way. The laws were written to protect the stupid people, if we can eliminate them, well, it's called survival of the fittest for a reason sweetheart. The gene pool needs a big shot of chlorine.

More North of the Border Fun

Apparently, this Canadian type person thinks he has an answer to the violence in the mideast. Here's his idea give it a read. Do take a moment to remember how well this idea is working in the rest of the world. H/T No Quarters.

Yep, Gun ban works just fine

NOT! Take a peek at this article and decide for yourself how much good gun bans do. Then, of course, feel free to write your congresscritter and demand an explination.

Survival Kit

Since things get crazy once in a while, it may not be a bad idea to have a survival kit with which you can get away if need be, or keep in your car or truck if something goes wrong when you're out and about. Kim du Toit has an excellent kit listed in this post and you may want to go give it a look. You may never need it, but if you ever do, and you don't have it, you may be dead.

Citizens Don't Need Guns

Or so says the nanny state of Wisconsin. Well this weekend in Milwaukee, it was obvious to me that they're wrong. I got this article from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinal and I think it's worth re posting here so I'll copy and paste it as it doesn't have it's own link.

SUNDAY, July 30, 2006, 10:52 a.m.
By Ashley Johnson

Police investigating rash of shootings

Police are searching for suspects in connection with a handful of shootings from Saturday evening and early this morning.

At 6:40 p.m., a 17-year-old was shot in the leg in the 1200 block of W. Wright St. following a dispute, Capt. Greg Habeck said.

Less than an hour later, a 22-year-old male was shot in the leg while walking in the 400 block of E. Hadley St.

A 43-year-old man was injured about 11 p.m. when a man fired shots into a group of people gathered for a yard party in the 4200 block of N. 63rd St., Habeck said.

At 1 a.m. Sunday a 51-year-old man was shot in the 200 block of W. Keefe. The suspect is described as wearing gold teeth and wearing a white mask, Habeck said.

At 5:10 a.m. a 24-year-old male was shot in the leg during a robbery attempt outside a gas station in the 2200 block of N. 12th St.

Remember, the congress weasels in Madison say you don't need a gun to be safe in Wisconsin. Mother Madison will protect you. The streets will not be safe if citizens are allowed to carry guns. We have to get the guns off the streets to stop violent crime.

You may wanna re-read that article and then write your congresscritter and restore Wisconsin it's rights under the Second Amendment. Thank God I moved back to Michigan.

Here's Your Gun Free Zone

I was reading over at Kim du Toit and I found this post. I think it should be read as widely as possible. The place where this happened was a gun free zone. As you read through the article, you will see that 5 people were injured in this attack, one is in critical condition and that the attack was stopped by a civilian with a gun outside the store.

As a person that believes most strongly in the Constitution as the ultimate law of the land, I ask myself this question: What if the citizen had had the gun inside the store? Would 5 people have been hurt? Would the attack have taken place at all? One thing to keep in mind here is that the store where the attack took place is an anti second amendment establishment and that it's doors are well posted with signs prohibiting the carry of weapons, even by lawfully armed citizens. The attacker was an employee who no doubt knew that no one iside would be armed and would be able to stop him. Please note that once confronted in the parking lot, by an armed citizen, that he surrendered immediately.

So, the people who owned the store decided to not allow guns inside it so as to "keep our employees and our customers safe". It didn't work out too well now, did it?

I know this kind of thing doesn't probably work, but it makes me feel better, and maybe it will make you feel better too. If you live in a state that allows concealed carry, and there are businesses that prohibit concealed carry, don't patronise them. I don't. Not ever. NOT. ONE. DIME. I only make one exception to that rule and that's my local UHL Hockey team because they didn't have a choice in the matter, the state did that for them when they passed the law. Not that I go to all that many games. I don't use stores or banks that have no guns signs on them. I don't want to be a victim so you can make a political statement.

All Your Kids Are Belong to Us

I just read this over at the Rott. I would like to draw your attention to it. I cannot do any better than the Emperor so I won't try but I will say that I am in 100% agreement.

I wonder if it's time yet?

A while back, I posted on my other blog a question. When is it time to start shooting to protect our rights? I was just surfing over at Keep and Bear arms (a website you should read daily) and I saw this article. Now I feel that I must pose the question again. Is it time to start shooting? What should the residents of Illinois, now known as the People's Republic of Illinois (PRI) do should this matter actually pass? Comrade Blagojevich apparently intends to send the stormtroopers out to get the guns of the law-abiding citizens. This is in direct violation of the US Constitution. I wonder too, what the Navy is going to do? Great Lakes is in the PRI and there's guns there, will Comrade Blagojevich send his stormtroopers there too? And what about the Air Guard, isn't there, or didn't there used to be an Air Guard refueling unit at O'Hare? I bet they have guns too.

I think step one should be to remove the PRI from the union. They want to do things their own way? Fine, but do it without any federal funding or support. Wall the state off and let them rot. I think all the patriots left in the PRI should just move on out. All the gun manufacturers should leave too. Hey Springfield Armory, I bet you could find a new home in Michigan.

You know what I find really sad about this? I bet the sheeple will stand by silently and just let this outrage take place. I bet there will be no calls to the congresscritters saying "Stop this now". I bet there will be no fight.

I call this a warning my friends and you had better heed it well. All it takes for evil to reign is for good men to do nothing, and the good men in America seem to have been neutered or have lost their voices. Pay attention, don't be sheeple, you have to take action, you have to write your congresscritters, you have to make your voice heard. If you've ever sat watching or reading the news and wondered how the idiotarians got power, it's probably because you don't say anything, you don't do anything, you just ride along and let it happen.

What are you going to do when the stormtroopers come for your rights?

Don't laugh. Don't take the attitude that it can never happen here. It will, look what's happening in the PRI right now. I bet they said it won't happen here too.

UN sending Peacekeepers to Lebanon

The article is here at the Rott. I was in Beruit the last time the UN had peacekeepers there. It was a miserable failure that resulted in the deaths of 241 American servicemen. It also resulted in my obsession with killing lots of ragheads, but that can be another post.

Bascically, the UN wants the Jooooooooooooossssssssssssss to stop killing terrorists. Maybe the UN could actually do something this time? Maybe they should get the terrorists to stop blowing up markets and busses in Israel. I bet if they did that, the Israelies would stop killing terrorists. Maybe the UN could actually start enforcing their own resolutions? That would be pretty novel.

I'd really love to work this into a 5 star rant, but I really don't think I can do better than Emperor Misha so go to the Rott, read, learn and comment. He is right you know, which is why he's the Emperor.

Please be patient

This is pretty new to me. My old site was just a hair easier to use and I admit that I'm not good at HTML and stuff so this is going to be a work in progress. There will be some great stuff on here as I learn how to add it.

If you have any advice, feel free to leave it in comments. Just be sure to explain carefully as I know pretty much nothing about HTML and stuff.

Here's the new house

Well, I'm going to do this. This is my first post here at blogger, but I'm moving over from blog-spot. I may bring a few posts with me as soon as I decide which ones I really want to keep.

This blog will deal with mostly political and 2nd amendment issues from a person that believes that the ultimate law of the land is the Constitution as written by the founding fathers.

I encourage discussion, I like to have the opinion of others. This will be allowed as long as you remain civil. I will not host flame wars. This is my blog and I will use it to exercise my rights under the First Amendment of the Constitution of the Untied States of America. You decided to visit here of your own free will, if you don't appreciate my opinion, you may leave a respectful comment clearly stating your difference of opinion. If you decide to be a disrespectful fucktard, your post gets deleted. If you have any problem at all with bloggers like Emporer Misha I at the Anti-Idiotarian Rottwieler, you better go somewhere else.

With that, we begin the new era here at Blogger.

A Day In The Life of a Hero

I want you to go and read this. When you have finished, and cleaned up the mess from throwing things around the room, I want you to announce to all your friends and family that there has been a new commandment passed down from the heavens to join the previous 10.

THOU SHALT NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPIRIT AIRLINES.

As a special bonus, the easiest way to contact Sprit is through this link.

A nod is due to the Anti Idiotarian Rottweiler which is where I spotted this outrage.

Why I Could Never be President

Yeah, the thought crossed my mind. It would never happen for a few basic reasons. First of all, I consider the idea of politically correct speech to be a violation of the first amendment. Second, I think the whole of the United States should have carry laws like Vermont does. Third, if I was president, that damn wall on the southern border would already have been built. The illegal aliens would have already been deported too.

I think that any city that considers itself a "safe zone" and refuses to turn illegal aliens over to INS for deportation, should forfeit all federal funding. I also think the U.N. should be thrown out of the United States.

I think there should be a constitutional amendment that makes it illegal for any person not a U.S. citizen, to own property in the United States. It should be illegal for any business or corporation not owned by a U.S. citizen to own property in the U.S..

I think that any corporation or business that sends it's labor overseas, or gets it's materials from overseas, should be taxed extra hard. But a business or corporation that is based in America, that uses U.S. labor and materials should be afforded tax breaks. The only way you can have a domestic car is if it's 100% American built with 100% American parts and labor and built by a 100% American owned company. And hey car companies.....Mexico is NOT part of America.

I think the idea of multi-culturalism is a bunch of crap. You decided to move to America. In doing so, you leave your culture behind and adopt ours, which is defined by the Constitution. We do not need to adapt ourselves to you. You must adapt yourself to US! You need to learn English. You need to learn U.S. history. We don't need to be sensitive to you, you adapt to us. If you don't like that, there's one great thing about living in a free country....you can feel free to leave any damn time.

War on terror. Ever wonder why some very powerful societies lose wars? Because they're engaging in an act which is, at it's roots, uncivilised, but they try to be civilised about how they conduct it. What the hell is that? If you're gonna fight, win! That easy. You win by totally eradicating your enemies. You didn't come over to play patty cake.

Same thing with crime. The street gangs that are popping up all over the place, rule by fear. They're totally ruthless. If we're gonna fight that, we have to be just as ruthless, if not even more so. Everyone wants to crow about illegal guns. That is always going to be an issue. But what's the good of more laws? The laws are usually just penalising the law abiding anyway. Criminals don't pay attention to laws, that's what makes them criminals. I think it would be alot better to enforce the laws we already have and have stiffer penalties.

Foreign aid. Fuck foreign aid. What about Detroit aid? Los Angeles aid? Why don't we put that money into housing? Road reconstruction? Speaking of which, I have a plan for that too. You know what all branches of the military have in common? They all have engineers or construction troops. All of which have lots of training and equipment. We're already paying them. Why not put them to good use?

I'd even eliminate welfare. It's a drain on society. Be productive, get a job, earn money or fucking starve. I think if America put America first, there would be more jobs. That garbage about illegal aliens doing jobs that Americans won't do? Well, if they get hungry enough they by god will.

I know some of you wonder about my stand on gay rights. I don't wanna know what you do behind closed doors. Any rights you have, you have because you are a human and you live in America and those rights are protected by the Constitution. Who you have sex with is none of anyone's business as long as it's a fellow consenting adult.

Abortion. I don't have an opinion on abortion. I'm not entitled to one. I'm a man. Abortion is a decision that needs to be kept between a woman and her doctor. Men have no jurisdiction over women's bodies.

Well, that's enough of this. No one is going to elect me anyway. When the next election comes up remember. Vote for the person best qualified, not the most popular. Piss on the polls and read for yourself. There's more than just 2 political parties ya know.

Making an Entrance

I would like to start with a very deep bow to Chris Byrne at The AnarchAngel for this post. This is the kind of thing that we don't give a whole lot of thought to, but we really should. In these uncertain times we really need to start seriously thinking about our personal security.

I encourage all of my readers to take a good close look at your homes and see if you can spot the weak points in your perimeter security. If you can close those, you may not have to defend the inner sanctum.

I give you this, maybe it sounds paranoid, but how many times do you see the victim say something along the lines of "I didn't think it would/could happen to me"? Maybe we should all take some time to realise that we don't make an appointment with a criminal. He/she/it just appears and we have to deal with it immediately. Obviously, the best is to make sure they can't get in. Second best, can't get to you and your family. Last line, you blast them.

In the same light, what about the weather? Where do you live? What has the weather thrown at your area in the past? Are you ready for that if it comes to your house? You better get ready, because the weather won't wait and you may not have a whole lot of warning.

It CAN happen to you, and you better already have a plan in place or you could be in a whole world of hurt.

One More Dead Scumbag

I think it's wonderful. But let's ponder this for a minute. I want you to go read this post at The Smallest Minority. I want you to think about the quote in there. Think hard. A lot of folks say we need to find peace. They say we need to find a way to live peacefully with Islam. I want you to read that post over again, pay closer attention to that quote. What did he say? What does he mean? You're a fuckin moron if you can't figure it out.

Like the Second Amendment, the message is crystal clear. If you don't believe in THEIR god, you're dead. It's that simple. This has not one damn thing to do with rather or not we were there. If we weren't there, they'd probably be here. As porous as our borders are, they probably already are. We're not fighting a people persay, we're fighting ideals.

Their own "holy" book says that those who do not believe are infidels and must be killed. That's not a mis quote or a mis print, that's their belief. It's what their god demands of their faith. It stuns me that there are still people that just don't get that. How can some people be so completely fooled? You really think that there would be peace in the Middle East if we just left? Would you consider sharing some of that shit you're smoking?

The death of our leaders is life for us. It will only increase our persistence in continuing holy war so that the word of God will be supreme. - Abu Abdel- Rahman al-Iraqi deputy "emir" of al- Qaida in Iraq (H/T to Smallest Minority where I did the ol copy and paste trick)

Read that again, slowly, word by word. The key words here are continuing holy war so that the word of God will be supreme. There it is in a nutshell and remember the word of their god demands that infidels must be killed. You, my loyal reader, are an infidel. What plan do you think they have for you? If you don't have an answer to this, maybe you better go take another look at the Nick Berg Video. Need a link? Here go look, take a good look. These are the animals we're fighting. They want to bring that kind of thing right into your living room because their god says it must be that way because you, YOU, my friend, are an infidel. You, your wife, your kids, and they'll probably fuck your dog too.

Peace? With that? Pass that pipe over here. Share that shit you're smoking. There's only one way to deal with these animals, the same way you deal with a rabid dog.

Any Fuckin Questions?
