Breeding a culture of fear

I was reading at FARK and found this brilliant article by Mark Steyn. I would encourage you to go and read it, it's very well written and correct.

We no longer teach anything but fear in our modern universities. There's no actual discussion of any issue or subject, just an indoctrination as to what academia feels is the way of things. We have no best thinkers because they are being culled out of the herd. We need to find a way to right that ship or our future is in deep peril.
